Minimalist in style, the peaceful principal bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV and benefits from direct access to a small terrace. No smoking or parties! Pets are welcome. A dog is one of the family members who usually lives here. Although every property is cleaned to a Veeve standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. Please note, the intercom is connected to the homeowner’s mobile phone, so you will need to manually open the building door to let guests or deliveries in. The apartment is located on the tenth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Please note, refurbishment work is currently taking place outside the building from March 2024 until mid-2025, so be aware of potential noise intrusion. Scaffolding will be in place outside the principal bedroom and kitchen balconies.
