Next to the room there is a private bathroom with a shower. The bedroom looks out onto Av. Da Boavista, one of Porto's trendiest neighborhoods.
Ideal base for exploring Porto. We are usually available to help with any questions or problems you might have during your stay.
Shops, pharmacies and restaurants are 2 minutes away from the house.
Nearby there is all you need: public transport (buses / metro and sightseeing tours), Italian restaurant, Israeli restaurant, vegetarian restaurant, coffee shops, traditional Portuguese restaurants.
There is also free on-steet parking outside the property or you can find 2 private garages (special prices for the guests).

CHECK-IN from 2 pm to 1 am; from 1 am to 3 am the guest will be charged at 10 €.
CHECK-OUT by 11 am but flexible if no other guests are expected on the same date
NO HOT FOOD IN THE ROOM
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PEOPLE NOT OFFICIALLY STAYING IN THE HOUSE ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER.
Please don't ring the neighbors doorbell when you arrive. Ring our bell or call us and I'll be down in a minute or so to let you in.
In accordance with the Law, it is required to observe silence from 10.00 PM to 8. 00 AM.

Toilet, Lights and fans
It is recommended that a proper and civil use of the toilets not throwing anything in the toilet (Please use the appropriate bin for rubbish supplied).
It is recommended to turn off the lights and fans if you are not in the house, close to the taps and showers as well to not waste water. Do not waste energy. Make our planet more sustainable.

Security Deposit: if you damage the home, you will be charged up to € 500
Be careful not to lose your house keys. If you lose them, you will be asked to pay around € 30
Carefully guard your money and your goods in general. We don’t assume any responsibility in case of theft or loss, Internet failures and power cut.

Reservation
Before confirming your reservation, we invite guests to take a look at our rules. The price you see when you select to book is the total price including any additional fees.

Services:
Pick up from airport or DROP OFF: € 9 / person (minimum 2 persons). This service is also available for 1 person who will be charged at € 18. The price you pay is fixed, regardless of traffic, roadworks, etc.
HOURS OF PICK UP AND DROP OFF MUST BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST 1 DAY PRIOR ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
