Cozy River Front House - Private Dock And Boat Ramp

Beautiful river front home sitting in private slue. Very quite and peaceful.This place has everything you need to have a great, relaxing vacation or just a weekend getaway! Just got new mattresses for the bunk beds ( Friday 05/18 ). Loaded with all the luxuries you require for your vacation. This home is 3,700 sq ft. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath with 2 separate living areas along with 2 kitchens. Home is completely furnished. The house is only a short drive from Chattanooga, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee Aquarium, Cumberland Mountains, Smoky Mountains, and white water rafting.

And please note.. the home is located in a slough off the main channel of the Hiawassee River, so we Do Not have water all year. You are guaranteed to be able to access the ramp, dock and full river from the house from Mid to End of April thru Labor Day weekend. Anytimes prior or after those dates will be 100% questionable. However, there is a public ramp 5mins from the house that is able to be accessed anytime.

Very clean home - exactly what we needed!

In town for a softball tournament - roughly 35 minutes to most of the parks around Chattanooga (Jordan, Warner, Summit). The home was very clean and accommodating. AC worked great. Convenience mart just a few minutes away, and grocery and retail just 15 minutes out. Very nice water views with a dock. The property gave us exactly what we wanted - a clean and relaxing change of pace vs a 4-night hotel stay with places to unwind and enjoy the views and property.

River House for Wedding

We were there for our son's wedding and we had to cook food for the rehearsal dinner. We had friends and family staying in the area as well and we all enjoyed hanging out together at the dock. We took our boat for everyone to enjoy, we had a great trip. Thank you!

Very comfortable

We were in town for a softball tournament and we were looking for a place to relax between and after games. The house and property were excellent and very comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and were quick to answer my questions. All of the families on our team rented houses/condos and all were jealous of the place we stayed. Thank you so much
