This villa bears the Breton name of the "sea", Villa Armor. Original project in Gio Ponti style, rounded and harmonious, recent renovation, double exposure and openings, one towards the Maddalena archipelago, the other overlooking a Japanese garden, with flowers, granites, fig tree and silence, all of which it helps to make it a place of relaxation and bliss. Three double rooms furnished and painted in marine style with attached bathroom. Large outdoor and indoor spaces and a skilful renovation with new and modern systems make it a comfortable and functional home. The villa is 10 minutes walk from the Porto Rafael square or from the nearest beach. Two parking spaces, one of which is covered, a well-kept garden and an outdoor lounge complete this beautiful charming villa.
