This delightful semi-detached cottage is set in the heart of the village of Seahouses and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

60 King Street is a wonderfully refurbished semi-detached cottage centrally located in the fishing village of Seahouses of the Northumbrland Coast AONB. It comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom, sleeping four people altogether. Inside there is also a sitting room, a ground floor cloakroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed front garden along with off-road parking for 2 cars, and an enclosed lawned area to the rear with a patio and furniture. 60 King Street is the ideal base if you are seeking contemporary accommodation with a coastal location.

Private enclosed front garden with private enclosed rear lawn and patio area with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Links golf course with bar and restaurant 2 mins walk, shop 5 mins walk.

Nearby are miles and miles of beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and houses to explore, such as the castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.

Autumn break
This cottage provided an excellent base for our family to meet up. The decor is immaculate, as is the cleaning. The kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs. Basil the dog was delighted with his special beds and bowls. He enjoyed the enclosed back garden, but thought the apple windfalls to be tennis balls. The proximity to the beach and village centre also enhanced our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Many thanks.
