New apartment located in Lo Pagán on the Mar Menor (only 10 min on foot). Ideal for wintering.

Lo Pagán is an ideal place to celebrate holidays and taste the real Spanish atmosphere. It is very child friendly because of the many playgrounds on the beach and in the village. The Mar Menor is a large inland sea that does not have a tide and the bottom gradually descends to the middle where the sea has a depth of about 7 m. The temperature of the clear, warm water of the Mar Menor is on average 5 degrees warmer than that of the Mediterranean Sea.

All facilities such as supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, shopping centers, boutiques, terraces and sports facilities are within walking and cycling distance.

Lo Pagán is known for its natural mud baths with healing powers. The region around Lo Pagán was declared the healthiest climate in Europe.

Alojamiento nuevo

Alojamiento nuevo con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Piscina no muy grande pero no concurrida. Zona muy tranquila. A unos 15 minutos andando de la zona más transitada. El inconveniente que le pondría al apartamento es que no había suficiente luz para cenar en la terraza. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Urlaub bei Wendy und Andy

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir kommen schon seit 1986 in die Gegend und die Unterkunft war eine der Besten. Wir wurden durch Ellen nett empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Alles war perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Leider ist die Wohnung im Mai schon vermietet aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße Regina und Michael

Enjoyable

We had a very enjoyable holiday in your spotless and sharp looking apartment. The rooftop terrace had a lovely breeze without being overlooked and comfortable furniture with the choice of shade and sun. The kitchen had everything that you could need, the beds were really comfortable and the shower rooms were great. We spent many a night on the front terrace with a glass of wine playing some of the games that were in the apartment. Jorge was a good key holder who welcomed us and showed us everything that we needed to know about the apartment and programmed the tv into the Uk channels for us. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. We have been to this area many times and the apartment is in a quiet area and only about 10/15 minutes walk to the seafront with plenty of bars, restaurants, marina, supermarkets. We also hired some bikes and the area is flat and has good cycling tracks. Paul and Tracy Bartlett
