About this property

This lovely dwelling is located at first line of the sea, directly facing the beach, and has a large balcony (8 square meters) with a wonderful view, where our guests can enjoy wonderful sunsets and romantic dinners.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a 43 'LG TV with Satellite, air conditioning and fiber optic WiFi for a fast and uninterrupted internet connection. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob and extractor hood, coffee maker with filter, electric kettle and toaster.
Two bedrooms with sea views: one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds (90x200). A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

*Depending of the age and the number of guests, you could be ask for a refundable deposit

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, die relativ zentrale Lage (direkt an der Promenade zwischen Balneario 14 u 15) in Verbindung mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht, wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

perfecte plek en super appartement

In 1 woord een geweldig appartement direct aan het strand. Er zit ook een erg leuk drink/eet tentje tomy's burgers onder het appartement. Alles is erg schoon en je bent van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met de verhuurder was goed. Erg vriendelijk. Je zit dichtbij het vliegveld, Palma, en met het treintje die over de boulevard rijdt ben je ook zo in het uitgaansleven. Lopend is dat ongeveer een klein half uurtje.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, hoher Standart, sehr schön eingerichtet! Sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe mit Miquel war einfach und unkompliziert. Auf Nachrichten hat er schnell geantwortet, toller Service. Die Umgebung ist wie auf dem Bild, direkt am Meer. Umgebung mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busstation in der Nähe. Ein toller Urlaub- wir kommen gerne wieder.
