Eagle Lodge is located on Green Valley Lake Rd halfway between the lake and hiking trails, about 1/2 mile to the lake and hiking trails.

Top floor bunk room includes a bumper pool/poker table. One bedroom includes kids loft playroom that one of our guests children called their "secret room".

Large second floor deck with gas grill, patio tables. Small fenced yard for pets. Short half mile walk from the sparkling lake.

The Space

Green Valley Lake is a quiet 9 acre lake surrounded by forest and is a 4 Season paradise with things to do in every season. From Fall Leaves changing color in Oct-Nov to Sledding, Snow Play, Hiking, Lake Swimming (swim fee charged by lake and usually opens Memorial weekend and closes at the end of summer), Boat Rental opens Memorial weekend, Fishing (fishing permit needed) there are many activities to enjoy! Hiking trails surround the community, and there is a community basketball and volleyball court, skateboard area, fishing (license required), free snow play areas (a couple sleds are included), non motorized boat rental (late spring/summer), a swimming section of the lake during summer (per person fee), and a dog friendly section of the lake.

The cabin has new stainless appliances, one set of white linens on each bed with a blanket and cabin themed quilts. Serta pillows are on each bed. 12 white towels and washcloths are included.

A new 43" smart roku tv is in the living room and wifi/wired ethernet access is available for your devices. No cable TV is included, however, you are able to sign on to your Netflix account and a limited number of streamed free channels are available. We have a DVD library with a Blue Ray player connected to the TV.

A game cabinet has a basketball, volleyball, many board games, as well as a poker chip set for the top floor poker/bumper pool table.

A small seasonal stream runs through the back yard and views of birds are fun to watch from the kitchen window.

The cabin layout is as follows.
-Lower level has the living area with kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom. The living room includes an 9 foot by 9 foot leather sectional, dining table seating 6, breakfast bar & 4 stools, a chess/checkers table with 2 chairs.
-The street level bedroom is up 7 stairs and has the attached kids loft playroom, this room has 2 full/twin bunk beds. There is also a 2 car garage with washer/dryer on this level.
-Up one more flight of 15 stairs is the master bedroom with queen bed, the master bathroom, and the second floor deck. Second floor deck has new gas grill, patio tables & 12 chairs.
-Up another flight of 14 stairs is the top floor with 2 queen beds and bathroom. There is also a combo bumper pool & poker table.

About Green Valley Lake
Green Valley Lake is a sparkling small lake surrounded by forest, with only 300 full time residents. There is a small general store and a diner style eatery. In winter, or during fall and spring snow days, snow chains are required.

Halfway between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, Green Valley Lake is at the highest elevation in the San Bernardino National Forest, receiving more snow than Big Bear.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day the lake offers pedal boat, row boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. You are not allowed to bring your own watercraft to Green Valley Lake. Swimming is open in summers for a per person fee at the Green Valley Lake beach area. There is a dog water play area at the lake. Numerous hiking trails surround the Green Valley Lake area.
