Spend your next getaway enjoying a relaxing time in our comfortable 35m2 apartment, located near a lovely public park with a pond. Enjoy the serene and relaxing environment before heading into Bergerac to appreciate the history and architecture of this charming town, along with the trendy shops and delicious restaurants. At the end of a wonderful day, appreciate the views from your private balcony. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4!

Drift to sleep in the 1 BEDROOM featuring a cozy Double Bed. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

There is 1 BATHROOM. Bedroom and bathroom linens are included! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for €4/wash and €2/dry.

After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite movie on the TV (which may only offer French channels). Connect with loved ones back home, courtesy of the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge. In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Rent a raclette grill, fondue equipment, or an electric BBQ for your unit and make a delicious meal for your group.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent services and amenities at the Residence Le Clos des Vignes, where our apartment is conveniently located! These include access to the games area with table tennis, the on-site fitness area, and the shared and heated pool. If you're travelling by car, there is free parking available on-site (subject to availability).

Please let us know if you would like to bring your pet and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night/pet for stays up to 5 nights or €39 for stays of 6 nights or more. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Please note that a tourist tax of €0.50 to €3/day/person and a fully-refundable damage deposit of €400 will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning included!

à fuire....

Notre impression est ultra négativement effet avons payé très très cher pour être parqué dans un HLM, une cuisine esthétiquement pas terminé, cafetière par 2 fois changé plus qu'entartrer, piscine pas très propre et fermée presque une journée car trop chlorée, des transats défectueux ,déboulonnés au niveau des dossiers mais pas réparés, sur les 4 jours passés jamais un coup de jet d'eau n'a été passé, et je ne vous parle même pas du bruit,7h30 du matin le samedi aspirateur, portes claquées à outrance, aspirateur dès 8h du matin, charriots roulettes plus bagages à roulettes à outrance, nous n'avions qu'une hâte c'était de repartir, entre la proposition que vous nous faites et la réalité c'est une réelle catastrophe et nous avons bien compris et repartons avec le sentiment de nous être fait avoir sur toute la ligne, nous partions avec le désir de faire plaisir à nous et à notre fille pour 4 jours les seuls jours de vacances pour cette année, non seulement nous nous n'avons pas pu absolument pas nous reposer et très malheureux de se retrouver dans cette position de devoir subir ce séjour, c'est encore une fois l'argent qui prime et le non désir d'accueillir comme il se doit des clients comme ses propres invités ,si l,'ensemble du descriptif et les photos correspondaient à la réalité évidement pour le prix proposé nous n'aurions jamais loué cet endroit, je vous transmettrais les photos pour preuve, dommage de ne pas vous transmettre la bande sonore pour le bruit, finalement donner notre confiance nous obligera dès à présent à se tourner vers de véritables personnes en direct qui elles seront en totale transparence avec leur proposition de location. Expérience à oublier au plus vite mais restons néanmoins très déçus et plus encore. Mr et Mme Sniatecki.

A pleasant property

This was a nice flat which was very clean. We would have liked to be able to check in before 5pm as this is a bit late in the day. The complex lacks a small shop on the site itself so that basic items such as water can be purchased on arrival instead of having to get back into the car to go to a local supermarket. However we would willingly return there
