About this property

Taureans, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

An attractive modern three storey town house tucked away on the edge of town but still only a few minutes' easy walk away from all the amenities of this ever popular North Norfolk coastal resort.

Built in 2017, Taureans is located on the Staithe Place development, an exclusive collection of traditionally styled properties on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside town of Wells. The house benefits from a peaceful, relaxing environment, an enclosed private garden, and off road parking for two cars. The house is fitted out and equipped to a very high standard and is comfortably furnished throughout. There are three bedrooms over two floors (two king-size and a double) and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, ideal for couples and friends looking to enjoy time away together. It's also a super family house and both a travel cot and high chair are provided (no stair gate). On the ground floor there is a lovely sitting room, with plenty of comfy seating, a television with BT Vision and a Soundbar for when you just want to chill and listen to your favourite music. The adjoining dining kitchen has everything you need if you feel like dining in after a busy day out and about, but there are so many excellent places to eat locally that you might be tempted to leave the cooking to someone else! The house has full central heating and great insulation so you will always be cosy, even during the winter months.

There is so much to see and do in Wells you will be spoilt for choice - a fabulous beach; a fascinating, bustling Quayside; wonderful birdlife; scenic coastal walks and interesting shops and galleries to browse. Should you ever feel the need to explore further afield, you can hop onto the Coasthopper bus which will take you to all the other coastal villages from Cromer to Kings Lynn.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).

Wells Next The Sea Holiday
Lovely property with secure garden. Ideal location to walk into town centre and nice walk to beach. Would stay there again.

8/10 Good

Modern house near town
House is very handy to walk safely into Wells via the Buttlands. Having its own parking is very useful as Wells parking can be difficult and expensive in summer. The Coasthopper bus service stops part of the way to the village, handy. The house has very generous accommodations for up to 6. It has a closed garden which would be nice in summer. It seemed to us that no one had really thought through the use of the house by renters. The kitchen was fine but there wasn’t the normal provision of glasses cups etc and other guests had commented but clearly nothing done. We left a list of niggles with the agency which will hopefully be addressed.

Mini break with family
Great location and lovely quiet area with dog walking areas and plenty of pubs in walking distance to relax in. House was very comfortable and cosy. Couldn't ask for more.

8/10 Good

Disappointment
It was disappointing having previously received such a good standard from Norfolk Hideaways. No mirror in master bedroom, broken scissors in kitchen, lack of utensils in kitchen, no casserole dish - all of which had been commented on previously. A lack of attention to detail.

10/10 Excellent

Great house for a family holiday.
A lovely, modern and spacious property, located about ten minutes walk from the harbour. If being really picky, the kitchen could do with a few more utensils and cushions for the outside seating would be welcomed.
