A large living area & balcony contribute to an airy feel. A cool Red Stripe with a view towards the harbour and Caribbean Sea is a great way to end the day. Guests also enjoy the balcony for yoga in the morning! The location means shopping, entertainment and of New Kingston and Liguanea are very nearby, while offering an elevated, tree-filled escape with the convenience of WiFi, air con, a water tank, solar water heater & parking for 2-3 vehicles. Perfect tucked away home in Kingston

We loved this place! Location was great- close to New Kingston, half way tree and the stadium, yet tucked away enough to feel safe with a great view. The home was clean, organized and great design. For our family of 5 perfectly. We will stay here again!

Nice spacious home

Home was spacious and clean. Perfect location for our needs with quick access from airport and to locations in New Kingston and Liguanea. Co-Host Tracie was very helpful and extremely responsive. They went the extra mile to get resolution from the local power company when the electricity went out (which happens sometimes in Jamaica). Would certainly stay there again!

Wow! Loved it. Simple. Elegant. Uncluttered.

Only 1 thing was missing: creamer ☺ And my first experience with the French Press was amazing. The property manager Tracie was gracious & patient. I hope & pray to be back.

I'm Jamaican-born living in London and have used short-term lets in different parts of the world from Nairobi to Vancouver and found them a great and economical way to explore! Now I'm hosting our family home in Kingston, Jamaica.

Why they chose this property

Hillside is located 5 minutes from the shopping centres and amenities in Liguanea, 10 minutes from the business district of New Kingston. The airport is only 20 minutes drive. The National Stadium, home of school athletic champs, is 3 minutes away.

You will have access to the large verdant garden with fruit trees as well as to the kitchen and laundry room with a washer and sink and a washing line via the gardener's storage area.

What makes this property unique

Hillside is in a fantastically convenient location but its position on the foothills of Beverly Hills means you can escape the hustle bustle of Kingston and enjoy it from the cool breezes of the covered balcony with a cold drink! Large and light - the house is designed with cross ventilation and plenty of light and air and has been renovated with a fitted kitchen incl microwave and dishwasher and 2 modern bathrooms featuring rain showers and high spec vanities.
