About this property

Modern and new apartment in the historic center of Malaga, with swimming pool, parking space and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is located in the center, two minutes from museums, tourist attractions, shopping streets, bars and restaurants ... Fully equipped, it has a swimming pool in the solarium, private parking, disabled access, security guard in the building. It is located two minutes from a taxi stop, pharmacies, supermarkets and everything you need for your stay in Malaga. It is an exterior apartment perfectly equipped to make you feel at home. The living room has a glass balcony overlooking a typical street in the historic center of Malaga, semi-pedestrian, without car or passer-by noise. It is equipped with free Wi-Fi, 40-inch flat-screen TV, stereo, heat, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is American with a large island with 4 high stools where you can have a wine with an aperitif or a good breakfast to start the day. It has a good electrical equipment, nespresso machine, toaster, pots, cups, mugs, glasses. The bathroom has a nice glass-effect rain shower, it has a double body mirror, a hair dryer and a glass sink with a waterfall water tap. The main bedroom has a large double bed and a built-in wardrobe with drawers and a mezzanine. We have a mobile baby cot, upon request. The bedroom has a large window to the outside patio. Everything you need to relax after a fun day in Malaga

Nice Apartment in Central Malaga

Very clean and well appointed air conditioned modern apartment in a quiet area just a few minutes from centre of town. Lots of good restaurants, cafés and other shops nearby. 15 minutes casual walk to the harbour and beach where there are even more restaurants! Can be occasionally noisy at night as the front door to the apartment block is right below this first floor apartment but this didn't keep us awake. Comfortable bed and good storage . Kitchen is has a large fridge freezer, 2 ring hob and a microwave.. No separate table but island with stools which is OK for breakfast or snacks. Some crockery and saucepans could do with replacing. Overall good value and we would stay here again.

This was a super apartment in a great location only a few minutes walk to the city centre and all the shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was fully equipped with all you would need and very comfortable. Although part of a larger apartment block it was well laid out and easily accessible via stairs or lift from the main entrance. The pool area was well set out but I would note that there are no chairs or lounge beds so you would need to provide your own or make do with the hard floor around the pool. This is only an observation as it did not detract from a really enjoyable stay.
