About this property

This spacious 2 bedroom Villa was fully renovated to a high standard in January 2017. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a full sized bath with shower over and the other has a walk in shower. It has it's own private terrace, which is part grass, part paved and has an outdoor dining area complete with sun loungers. It is in a great location on the resort with less than 1 minutes walk to the pool and bar area. The complex itself comprises of a 40 metre heated swimming pool, children's pool and playground, bar, restaurant and shop. Las Brisas is centrally located within Playa Blanca so is the perfect location for discovering everything this beautiful area has to offer.

quiet, comfortable accommodation

My Husband had a relaxing week here. spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Great location for public , cheap easy ,transportation to airport and rest of island. The accommodation is on a gated complex, very much catering for Brits . Great bar and entertainment available, however within 5 min walk to local restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Large heated swimming pool, beach towels were provided ( also toddler pool) Lovely private , gated outdoor seating area to accommodation that has sun all day. would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again

Good property at Las Brisas

This is a really nice two bed/two bathroom property. It's in a good spot on the complex - not far from to clubhouse (no noise issues) and the pool. Super effective air con in both bedrooms. A south-facing garden with a couple of barbeques. Recommend!

Super Las Brisas Stay

Great property, close to supermarket and within 5 minutes walk of restaurants. Highly recommended in a lovely quiet area with great pool, bar and restaurant onsite. A super stay all round for a lovely quiet, relaxing vacation!

It was the second time we had stayed at the property and hopefully it won’t be the last. A home from home, very comfortable.

Great break away

Villa is in a fantastic location, just a 5-10 min to the centre of town and the sea front promenade. Villa itself was clean and had everything you'd need. Beds comfy and 2 lovely bathrooms. Outdoor space is nice, but a little shaded at times with the tall palms in the complexes grounds blocking the sun. Maybe just that the sun is lower in December. Great bar on site, with games room etc, pool area is lovely as well.. Nikki the owner was great and always replied promptly to any questions we had. Would we return again? Yes!!
