The beautiful Paraiso shopping center is located next door with everything from Ruth Chris Steakhouse to world class jewelry and wine shops..over 80 shops & eight screen movie theater in this building alone!.

To be fair to everyone interested we require a non refundable deposit of 1/3 is required to confirm your reservation which is applied to your rental when you arrive. Sorry, no spring breakers, or anyone under 25 years of age. Cancellations after full payment limited to a 75% credit.

6 Weeks in Cabo

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of activities, including music, restaurants, boats to take you fishing & whale watching, plus people selling jewelry, tops, hats, skin care, etc. And it's not too far from the beach and supermarket shopping. The staff there is also wonderfully helpful and kind. On the other hand, being older, we had trouble with the two dozen steep, winding stairs to get to and from our 1st floor condo, the loud music 5 nights a week at the lounge just below our unit, & the complete lack of sun on our balcony, which faced west. There were some rules that should have been spelled out before we booked, such as paying for clean towels and cleaning, which Nancy did take care of for us to our satisfaction. Our extended stay did make for more complications than a shorter stay would have. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Great little place

Absolutely a do over... location perfect for fishermen. Secure... private... front desk guy was a gem...price was excellent, specially taking consideration we book short notice for New Years.

Unfortunate construction on the roof.

The property was absolutely lovely. Excellent location. Beautifully appointed apartment. Exactly as represented in photos. Unfortunately construction made it impossible to keep the unit clean. Not the fault of owners.

I first came to Cabo in 1984. There was really nothing here and my first day out to sea for fishing I got caught in a hurricane. There was limited weather reporting . I rode it out for 3 hours 10 miles off shore.

I decided that that was a sign of some sort. After 25 years as a social worker in the health care business I decided that Cabo was a place to bring people to have have fun and enjoy life and not struggle for it. My instincts have proven right and I love decorating the units and adding touches so that our guests have become reccurring friends who we want to please and see year after year. Come and see for yourself. I am on line and on the phone all the time to help you get here and quickly feel like ' a local'.

There is no place on earth like this. I have stayed at almost 20 ports (Capri to Buenos Aries) of call around the world in the last 25 years and this truly has it all.

What makes this property unique

A great place to just chill on the balcony watching the fishing boats come in, read, catch up on letter writing, a Girls get away with the best Spas and shopping. Guys can fish, golf, or go to the Office on the beach.
