About this property

Casa Tinuca is a typical “montañesa” house situated in the CENTRE OF CANTABRIA, and made up of the house, the old cattle shed, an annex and vegetable garden. The whole accommodation has been restored with traditional materials from the region, which has made it possible to convert it into two exclusive rural apartments, preserving all the charm of an age old Cantabrian country house.

The house is surrounded by natural environment which is ideal for a getaway and where you can enjoy nature in its purest form. So it is quite common to encounter the flight of a bird of prey, the sudden appearance of a cow or simply the proximity of a duck or goose gracefully going down the little stream that borders the house.

Hébergement très très moyen

Gérant immobilier absolument charmant mais logement extrêmement mal insonorisé ce qui devient très gênant lorsque celui-ci est partagé avec d’autres familles ( table commune, entrée commune, bruit tard le soir et tôt de matin du aux arrivées et départs et prises de repas des autres vacanciers. Dans notre hébergement , équipement plutôt limité pour cuisiner vraiment, pas de réelle belle vue vers l’extérieur ( sur les toits des autres maisons pas les velux) pas de vraies chaises devant une vraie table et le comble : pas de porte pour fermer les sanitaires .

Publicacion nada clara respecto al formato, características y dimensiones de los apartamentos.

A mi juicio y concretamente en el apartamento que alquile creo que la distribución y el todo en uno sin existir ninguna separación entre las distintas zonas (dormitorio, aseo y cocina) así como la construcción abuhardillada (te das cabezazos con las vigas de madera) resultan de una incomodidad total y antihigiénico como es de suponer al estar todo junto sin tabicar. Respecto al trato humano con Valentin y su hermana no puedo decir nada negativo al respecto, trato agradable y servicial ok.
