Located at the Northern end of West Bay Beach, Bayside 1A is a spacious beach front home. Bayside Villas is a quiet condo development with only 6 units sharing the small beachfront pool. Just a short walk from the dive centers, resorts, bars and restaurants of West Bay Beach yet far enough away for privacy and quiet. If you want to be within walking distance from the action, but not in the middle of it, this is the beachfront condo for you.
Bayside has a large, open plan living area a wide front deck with sea views and steps to the beach. The master bedroom on the upper level is spacious with huge sun/stargazing deck, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. On the main floor are two more bedrooms, one with queen bed & en-suite bathroom (tub/shower) plus a 3rd bedroom with double bed and full bathroom.
Two extra persons can be accommodated on the fold out couches in the living room. Please note there is an extra charge for more than 6 persons, up to a maximum of 8.
There is a charcoal grill on the deck, beach chairs & loungers. The perfect place to kick back after a great day diving or exploring Roatan.
Bayside Villas 1A is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. Our Island House team will greet you when you arrive and give you a personal check in at the house to help you get settled in. Island House have a guest services specialist who is happy to help you with logistics and or booking tours, trips, restaurant reservations etc... or simply tell you the fun and exciting things to do on Roatan. The house is exceptionally maintained by the Island House maintenance crew and the housekeeping staff, they are on hand full time should you have an issue with anything during your stay. Our Island House office is located on the main road behind West Bay Beach. We welcome guests to stop by if they have any questions or concerns or simply to chat and share their vacation experiences with us.
*Administrative Fee* - Accidental Damage Protection. This plan is automatically included in your rental at a cost of $49. It provides protection against accidental damage that is promptly reported to your rental manager up to the amount of $500. In cases where the damage is more than $500, Island House has the right to claim on the damage deposit for any such overage.
