Beautiful sunsets!!!

Amazing Villa with exceptionnal views from the roof top deck! Iris was an exceptionnal host under the circumstances…she went out of her way to ensure we had a most enjoyable stay! Rooms and and views are just as described in listing. short 10 minute walk to Tamarindo beach and restaurants, with a small climb coming back that you get used to after a couple of days… would definitely recommend Casa Monacita ! Thank you again Iris for your great hospitality!!!

Like a dream!

Casa Monacita and her host were amazing! Beautiful property, unbelievable location and the sunrise and sunsets were like a dream! Loved chatting with Mona and the guests and the closeness to town was convenient! We even got to see a Howler Monkey during our stay! We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you Mona! Excellent location near beach with pool + patio!

My three friends and I very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Monacita! The property itself was beautiful with a shared pool and a shared rooftop common space equipped with a barbecue, tables and chairs, and a Hamic! The rooms them self we’re perfect for the four of us and both had air-conditioning which was nice. Both the host and property manager were very attentive and friendly and with the beach only being about a five minute walk down the hill I would highly recommend this listing to anyone wishing to spend some time in Tamarindo!

First off - thank you for your interest in my Casa!!
My name is Mona and, born and raised in Germany and have been living in Costa Rica since 2018.
Prior to coming to Costa Rica, I had the opportunity to live in the US for about 10 years, pursuing my career as Global Account Manager for one of the leading PC manufacturers.
While moving back and forth between the US East & West Coasts, a long needed vacation - in form of a kickboxing 'reboot' camp - took me to Tamarindo for the first time in 2013.
Despite having traveled the world quite a bit, it didn't take long to realize that this must be one of the most beautiful spots in the world! Beautiful not only in terms of scenery but also very much for its great people and relaxed lifestyle.
Taking in the 'Pura Vida' spirit has been a truly life changing experience for which I couldn't be more grateful.

Why they chose this property

It's one of those 'it all started as a crazy idea' stories... Needless to say that I fell in love with the Casa the first time saw it, being impressed by it's solid built, great location and views.
From the first visit, it took only 4 more months until I proudly waved MY keys in the air.
Despite usually not leaving investment activities to fate, it was a truly 'meant to be' experience.
