About this property

We have an art-themed boutique guesthouse located in the quiet bylanes of the Siolim-Chapora area. Centrally located, a 3 minute ride to the river & 15-20 minutes from Morjim, Ashwem, Anjuna and Vagator beaches, our 1 BHK apartments are equipped with craft & art supplies to bring out the maker in you.

The Graffiti Suite: This apartment brings industrial chic to life, with its concrete, pipe and barnwood décor, Banksy inspired graffiti and repurposed furniture. This is a fully furnished apartment which accommodates upto 4 people, has an air-conditioned bedroom with a glass wall overlooking lush green, along with a living room, dining space, kitchenette and a balcony.

Amenities:

The apartment is set up to provide a quiet and comfortable stay. We provide high-speed internet and power backup in each suite. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, kettle, toaster, induction stove, tea/coffee supplies, cutlery and crockery.

Each suite’s decor is inspired by a different artist and seeks to inspire and provoke – with upcycled furniture and art, large glass walls overlooking lush green and "Curioso" corners. These corners curate simple prompts for art, craft and gardening projects, making them easy and accessible, inviting you to experience the magic of making. We have designed the space to pique your interest, to invite you to work, to dabble and to make. To be a curioso.

About the host

Your host

We are three women setting up a development consulting firm in Goa. We quit the big city lifestyle to balance work, life, health, travel and our creative pursuits. We'd like to share a bit of this with our guests through giving folks easy access to art, craft, making and quiet reflective moments in a beautiful setting.

Why they chose this property

Siolim is situated about 7 km (4.3 mi) from Mapusa. It is located around Chapora River. To Siolim's north lies the quiet village of Oxel; green hillocks hedge it towards Assagao in the south and the east. Camurlim too lies to its east, and in the west flows the Chapora river with Morjim and its pine-wooded beach on the northern bank in Pernem. Also located around us are a number of local and specialty restaurants which serve up some mouth watering delectables. Groceries can be found in a 5 min walking distance while basic provisions will be available at our property itself at cost price. You will be amazed by the views of the Siolim Chapora river which runs through Siolim. We have easy access to a wine store which is conveniently located across the street from us.
