The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a cabinet with sink. This shower room is accessible from the corridor and is located next to the second.

The large 20 m² terrace faces south-west and enjoys a magnificent view of the golf course and the gardens that surround the urbanization, offering total privacy and great calm.
It has a table for four, four chairs and two beds with cousins. 2 retractable awnings can protect from the sun.
The kitchen, in perfect condition and fully equipped with Bosh appliances, has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine. All dishes and all kitchen accessories are of course provided.
Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. There is also space to store suitcases or sports equipment.
The complex has several very beautiful swimming pools with deckchairs and beautiful mountain and golf views.
The nearest swimming pool is easily accessible from the apartment (1 minute) without having a direct view of it.

The apartment is perfect for people with walking problems or reduced mobility. There is no step between the underground garage and the apartment (elevator).

Our apartment is a two minute drive from the Club House where you can enjoy a meal or an aperitif on its terrace which offers magnificent views.
You can also rent paddle or tennis courts from the Club House.

The apartment maintainer will be there when you arrive and will give you the keys and show the apartment.
When you make your reservation we will give you a guide made by us with advice on activities and tours of the region.
