This stunning sea and mountain view villa sleeps 8 in 4 King size bedrooms with 3 en-suites and family bathroom. Lots of balconies and outdoor living with views of the mountains and sea. Equipped throughout inside and outside for spacious living, it includes all modern facilities including dvd, air-conditioning and internet access. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a very private 10 x 5m pool and barbecue, the villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The only sounds you are likely to hear are the birds and you will marvel at the beautiful night sky with a thousand stars!
Travel:
The Villa is located approx. 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 Hour 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Flights from most UK airports via Istanbul to Ercan (1 hour stopover minimum, generally) Airport pick up & car hire can be arranged if required
Distances:
There are local supermarkets only a short car distance away. The beaches run right along the coast road ,with local buses stopping all the time at the main road which is 15 minutes drive. A car may be advisable. In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean.

Nettes Ferienhaus im Norden Zyperns

Check-in/ Schlüsselübergabe verlief durch vorab übesendeten Code für Schlüssel-Safe problemlos. Bade- & Schlafzimmer sowie Poolbereich waren sauber. Pool wurde zudem zweimal pro Woche von einer externen Reinigungsfirma gesäubert, ohne dass man sich gestört fühlte. Dafür war leider die Küche & der Essbereich, sowohl im Innen- als auch Außenbereich sehr dreckig. Am Geschirr/ Besteck befanden sich zudem noch Essensreste der Vorgänger, was sehr unappetitlich war. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur wurde aber nochmals Personal zum reinigen vorbei geschickt, welches unter Anleitung größeren Dreck beseitigte. Die Liegen am Pool waren leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - ansonsten ist alles wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Mietwagenservice, d.h. Lieferung zum Ferienhaus, wurde von unserer Gruppe in Anspruch genommen und hat - bis auf dass wir die Herren von der Mietwagen Firma wieder zu ihrem Wohnort zurück fahren mussten, weil sie nur mit einem Auto kamen - reibungslos funktioniert.

Perfect and peaceful

A really secluded Villa with very few neighbours, only one directly next door but still you didn’t feel overlooked. For us it was perfect, peaceful, in the middle of no where yet within 25mins you were by shops. Just what we needed for s complete chill. The pool was lovely, the views were fabulous and the villa had everything that we needed. The hosts of the villa were so kind and offered complete support, of we needed them they were there, I can’t recommend enough, if you want a complete break away from the noise of real life this is the place to go. Thank you 🙏 a wonderful break an d we on,y wish we were back there!

Far from the madding crowd

Lovely, secluded villa with a lovely pool and great view of the sea. Second time we have visited and we still love it. Will return again. Car is necessary to get around.

Wunderschöne Ferien in einem hübschen Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön mit einem großen Garten und am Rande eines netten kleinen Dorfes gelegen. Es sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Fotos und ist mit allem Konfort sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist großartig sogar wenn man in den oberen Schlafräumen im Bett liegt sieht man das Meer. Es ist so ruhig, dass man nur Vögel und das Rauschen des Windes in der Bäumen hört. Obwohl das Haus am Rande der Klippen liegt ist die Brandung kaum zu hören. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles tipptop sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. die Küche gut eingerichtet, die Waschmachine und der Geschirrspüler funktionierten tadellos. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche von einer Firma völlig unaufdringlich gereinigt. Der Taxitransfer vom Flughafen Larnaca hat problemlos geklappt, der Chauffeur fuhr sehr gut und umsichtig. Der bestellte Mietwagen war zur verabredeten Zeit am Haus. Das einzige Manko waren die Sonnenliegen am Pool, die ziemlich verbraucht und auch nicht sehr sauber waren. Hier könnten ein paar neue Liegenauflagen rasch Abhilfe schaffen. Und etwas bizarr war für uns die Anweisung, die Strandtücher des Hauses vor der Abreise selbst zu waschen und auch die Bettwäsche selbst abzuziehen.

Fantastic Villa

this was our first time to Norty Cyprus and we absolutely loved it. Villa:- Amazing, we’ve stayed in numerous villas over the years and this is far by the best, spacious rooms, lots of seating areas and the pool is to die for, you have an allowance for electricity and are advised to go easy on the air-con, we very rarely used this as you get a lovely breeze due to the location of the villa. Service:- We were met by Jacqui and Barry who answered all our questions promptly, we had an issue with a tap in the pool area (minor) and emailed Jacqui and we got an immediate response and was fixed within the hour, also any questions about anything are answered promptly, very impressive. Location:- Very peaceful location and a car is a must, takes about 25 mins by car to get to lapta where there are some nice bars and restaurants, food is cheap, we were planning on a few bbq at the villa but it is cheaper to eat out!!. For food I would recommend wild duck for breakfast and I liked calimari and green lotus. In terms of beaches we found the escape beach was best, cost 30 lira to get in per adult but beds are free and waiter service for drinks and food, loads of free beaches but escape has water sports, a great inflatable course for kids (and adults). Kyrenia is well with a visit especially if you like shopping and a walk around the marina and castle. We are already looking to book next years holiday to North Cyprus as we were that impressed. Service villabook provided was perfect, thanks for having us and making things easy and enjoyable.
