New property, large modern and comfortable. It has a very pleasant private swimming pool and a beautiful garden as well as fantastic sea views. It is a few minutes walk from the beach where you will find a bar and a very good restaurant.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested upon your arrival, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 bw kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No supplement to pay for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.

Refundable security deposit in cash requested on arrival of 500 EUROS or 20000 THB or equivalent in other currency.

Refundable security deposit in cash requested on arrival of 250 EUROS or 10000 THB or equivalent in other currency.

The electricity is not included in the rental price.
The electricity is very cheap in Phuket: 5 bahts per kw.

Check in and check out times flexible if possible.
