This second floor facing the sea is perfectly located in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, right next to the Hotel Capri and close to all the bars, shops and services in town, just a few meters from the beach on foot. Ideal for those seeking the comfort of doing without the car during their holidays, everything can be done on foot or by bicycle.
The apartment consists of a hall or entrance that leads to the living room with TV and DVD and direct access to a balcony facing the sea with wonderful views of the entire bay of Pollensa. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with your washing machine. The main bedroom is double with an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony facing the sea. There are two more bedrooms, one with two beds and the other single, both share a full bathroom. Total capacity five people. Elevator and safe.

Superb location, delightful apartment!

Wow, this was just what we had hoped for. Central location with wonderful view. Very clean, comfortable and well presented apartment which met our needs 100% - especially good to have a lift as one of our party has mobility issues. We had a fantastic week's stay and will go again, we hope!
