Contemporary apartment with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a large flatscreen LED TV with DVD player, sound bar, DAB radio and Broadband facility. Fully fitted kitchen area includes electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan. Also, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. There are two bedrooms - a Kingsize double bedroom and a further kingside double bedroom (zip and link bed) that can be configured with twin beds (2x 2ft 6ins singles). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins).

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The Neighborhood:
POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter? The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other.
