This 7th floor, two bedroom apartment is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes` walk from the Quay and all its activities. A beautiful apartment, furnished in a contemporary style.

Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment also benefits from a wrap-around corner balcony with wonderful harbour views. The smart and stylish kitchen area contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with TV and ensuite bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (3ft twin beds) and a family bathroom (bath with shower over).

Parking - Designated parking space 706 in car park of Orchard Plaza.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI. 32 inch flatscreen TV in the lounge. 24 inch flatscreen TV in Main Bedroom. DVD player.

sunset views and great location

Great location for visiting Poole. A 15 minute walk from the train station, in a pedestrian friendly area. There is a grocery store right next door, and numerous eateries nearby. The balcony looks west for a lovely sunset (obscured for us by scaffolding due to exterior work in May, so sadly unusable). The bedrooms are on the small side, but we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. a very nice stay!

Wonderful. Beautiful well equipped apartment with lovely views across the harbour and Holes Bay.

The apartment was beautiful. From the balcony there were lovely views of Brownsea island and Holes bay. The accommodation was really well equipped, with everything you needed and everything was a really high standard. It is perfectly located for Poole town and the Quay. The only downside was the allocated parking space can be a challenge if you have a big car as people then to park in the middle area which stops you getting in or out :(
