Modern villa of 140 m2 with salt pool of 8 x 4 m on a property of 1500 m2, the pool can be heated in low season (May and September)
The house consists of a large living room with kitchen open to living room, a pantry, in the night you will find 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and 2 toilets.

Beautiful wooden terrace of 25 m2 on which you can admire the greenhouse bar, terrace of 20 m2 on the back of the house, ideal for lunch.

Possibility to rent the house for 2 nights 250 €, 3 nights 350 €.

TRES BIEN

Location très confortable belle prestations, attention toutefois à l'entretien général, chemin d'accès tout juste carrossable, arrière terrasse non accessible pour cause de poutre pourrissante, végétation envahissante arrière maison. Attention si vous venez avec des enfants, certains coins de l'extérieur ne sont sécurisés(manque de barrières). La description photographique du bien date un peu, la vue n'est pas exactement la même qu'annoncée. Malgré ces petits détails nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Tolles Haus, allerdings mit folgenden Schwachstellen: - Ampelschirm nur notdürftig geflickt (Sicherheitsrisiko!) - Fliesen am Pool nicht ausreichend gereinigt - Abfluss ab Tag 1 verstopft - kleine rückseitige Terrasse nicht nutzbar, da eingestürzt

Séjour très agréable dans une très belle région

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans une maison grande et très confortable. La vue et la piscine offrent un cadre parfait pour se dépayser. Tout était parfait car on peut aussi faire de nombreuses activités comme la rando, canoë et canyoning grâce aux précieux conseils d’Alexandra.
