Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00. The rate is for 7 people. For any extra guest there is a supplement of Euro 50 per day.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
