About this property

Our two bedroom front line beach apartment in Bermuda Beach has an outstanding 90sqm terrace overlooking the Mediterranean with table and chairs as well as sun loungers.
The property comes with two bathrooms, one en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a spacious living room opening onto the lovely and sunny terrace.
It is air conditioned/heated, WIFI, two swimming pools (one adult's, one children's), a paddle tennis court and direct access to the beach. There are plenty of parking spaces just outside the complex.
This property is located on the outskirts of Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa. A car is recommended. There is a large supermarket nearby and Estepona port and town centre is only a few minutes drive

Séjour de rêve.

L’emplacement,le soleil, la mer, la vue. La gentillesse amicale de l’agence. Nous y revenons tous les ans plus de deux mois. Changer la table de la salle à manger et le lit de la chambre principale.

could be better

Vacuum cleaner completely stuffed at arrival. Smelled bad when used. We asked the office for new bags. Could not be provided. No further action from Costa Holidays Overall cleaning not too impressive. Large bed very uncomfortable. Mattress clearly old and worn out, and please take a look at how dirty it is. Location of the flat and the terrace very positive

So Near Yet So Far

Overall, this property has a great deal, outside space is really generous, although very overlooked. Internally the bedrooms and lounge are of good size, the kitchen is adequate but tiny. You could not be closer to the sea and beach. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with the presentation of the place which really let it down. Broadly clean, the walls however had dreadful marks and dirt. Furniture is broken, coffee table missing glass top, tiles broken, exposed wire, light fitting missing leaving an exposed bulb, toilet seat in master ensuite broken. Most of the issues have obviously been like this for some time These matters were reported to the property agent verbally and by email. We have yet to receive a formal reply. We got beyond these factors and enjoyed our stay but would not book here again and will avoid a property managed by Costa Holidays in the future as they clearly do not check properties with any regularity or when issues are reported and failed to address our concerns.

Très satisfaite

Emplacement : Au 1er rang sur la mer avec vue exceptionnelle et étendue (Gibraltar et Maroc). Près du centre de Estepona, restaurants et des commerces Grande terrasse, le calme. Parking. Très bon contact avec l’agence de La Duguesa. Plaisir à retrouver cet appartement que nous connaissons depuis tant d’années. Un parasol solide et son pied.

Alojamiento muy descuidado en un sitio espectacular

La ubicación, las vistas, la tranquilidad.. El apartamento si estuviera limpio, cuidado y atendido sería una maravilla. Llevamos más de 20 años veraneando en esa playa. Hemos ido cambiando de apartamento con el paso de los años. En este concretamente hemos pasado los últimos 4 veranos. Cada año lo encontramos peor. La cocina no tiene apenas utensilios aptos para cocinar, las sartenes, por ejemplo, tienes que llevarlas de casa, compramos una el primer año y 4 años después sigue esa misma sartén usada por todos los inquilinos que han ido pasando. Siempre ha tenido sombrilla en la terraza, rota y con agujeros pero al menos tenía. Hasta el último año que nos encontramos la sorpresa de que no había ninguna! Obviamente pedimos una para poder hacer algo de vida en la terraza, nos dicen que las han prohibido por que cuando hace viento son peligrosas. Nos fijamos y es el único apartamento de la urbanización sin sombrilla. No entendíamos nada. La tapa del retrete ha estado rota 4 años y nadie lo arregló nunca. Cuando sopla el viento de poniente huele todo el apartamento a tuberías. La habitación tiene una ventana que da a la terraza pero no puedes abrirla por que está el aparato gigante de aire acondicionado del vecino que lo enciende 24h y suena muchísimo y desprende bastante calor. La barbacoa no puede estar más sucia. En fin.. La ubicación es espectacular las vistas inmejorables pero deberían mejorar este apartamento, en el que pagas más de 2.000 euros la quincena y que si estuviera cuidado sería genial.
