About this property

This immaculately designed two bedroom villa is located in a peaceful location in Islamlar Village, some 8 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, approximately 10-15 minutes drive away.

With its modern design and spaciousness it is an ideal loctaion for small families or groups looking for a peaceful holiday in a totally private setting.

The accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, communal cloakroom, and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The pool terrace is spacious and well-equipped with ample seating, sun loungers and al fresco dining area. The villa has one of the largest pools and gardens in the area.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor .This is a very spacious room, and has a balcony from where distant sea views may be enjoyed. This bedrooms en-suite bathroom has a beautiful circular jacuzzi for guests to soak way all the stress of everyday life.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has wi-fi internest and parking space for one vehicle. The last strech of road to the villa is not surfaced but is easy to negotiate. The nearest grocers shop is 2 km away, but the local grocers and restaurants do a free delivery service to this villa.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

Wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Alles wie beschrieben. Ende September war der Außenpool leider schon viel zu kalt, da es dort oben nicht so warm wird wie am Meer. Das Meer allerdings war angenehm Warm (15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Der Innenpool ist mit Beheizung zu empfehlen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. In der Umgebung gibts leider nichts zu unternehmen. Kalkan und Kaş sind sehr klein. Wer einen reinen Badeurlaub machen möchte, wird dort glücklich. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Kleinere Lokale zum frühstücken oder zum Abendessen sind auch in Islamlar zu finden. Die Idee mit den Vorhängen am Pool finde ich grundsätzlich gut. Aber da man sie nicht komplett aus dem Weg nehmen kann, finde ich die Umsetzung schlecht. Viel zu schade dass man die schöne Aussicht nicht ungestört genießen kann. An allen Fenstern gibt es Fliegennetze. Achtung trotzdem sehr großen Spinnen und einem Skorpion begegnet. Im großen und ganzen würde ich, wenn man in Kalkan unbedingt urlaub machen möchte, die Villa weiter empfehlen.
