About this property

Apartment suitable for large families. It has ample common spaces in the building and inside the apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the main one also has a dressing room in cedar. It has been recently reconditioned. It has a large kitchen, an Office, a dining room, TV room, lounge and terrace lounge. Magnificent views over the Mirador Park give it a great relief and very clean air, ad more of a very pleasant freshness, given that we are in the Caribbean. It has two private parking spaces, 24 hour security, physical concierge, three elevators. A luxury.

Not a good experience

My fiancé checked in took me he keys for we had no back up plan but the apt is dated,the owner is very rude and unprofessional the lady in charge knows nothing and follows his rules even though she agree with me in some areas there is no cleanliness there what’s so ever food in the fridge extra bedrooms closed although u pay for a full apartment unpleasant smell from bathroom and sinks wants you to pay for parking additional to the stay.shower curtains have never been changed seems like in the master bedroom air conditioner leaks inside the room.

Very bad!

The apartment was old, dirty and neglected. It had cockroaches. Many things were broken including chairs. The coffee maker had used coffee grounds in it. It was in a very noisy section. It was suppressed to include a parking spot but they gave it to someone else. I would never go back and I never recommend it. Terrible!!
