Villa Vista is a modern family holiday rental villa in the leafy, residential area of Crestatx, close to Pollensa old town, which really ticks every box

Outside the larger than average infinity pool (14 metre x 5 metre) is stunning - it can be gated for your peace of mind if you are holidaying with children. The pool can also be heated for the cooler months with three days notice (please ask for details about the cost). There is a lovely decked terrace with sun loungers where you can sit back and relax, a pretty lawn, outdoor seating, a barbecue and a wonderful covered dining terrace, as well as a space at the front of the house for table tennis.

The views across the Tramuntana mountains, surrounding countryside and nearby villas are magnificent. At night the pool and the olive tree are beautifully lit - enchanting!

Guests love the light-filled villa. The ground floor includes a kitchen/dining room with all mod cons and high quality appliances. For the ultimate ´bringing the outside in´ experience, step into the sitting room - we love the cheerful yellow touches. There is also an office on this floor.

For film nights, there is a TV/simple home cinema in the basement, ideal for teenage guests! And while they are down there, you can ask them to do the washing (there is a washer and dryer in the basement)!

There are four bedrooms in total, all with brand new, very high quality beds. There is a large double (180cms bed) on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and three further en-suite bedrooms on the first floor

This is the perfect villa for guests with children of any age, groups of friends, cyclists or anyone looking for a very relaxing holiday.
