Nice Place!

Nice townhome. Great location – walkable to downtown, Winter Park, and an easy walk to the shuttle for skiing. The unit was clean and well supplied. The pictures on VRBO need to be updated because some updates were done, and the unit actually is nicer looking than the pictures show. Couple of downsides for us: dryer wasn’t working properly and we purposefully look for units with laundry during ski season so we can pack a little lighter. Other thing is, the pictures showed a grill, and it was not there – yes, we grill even in the winter! However, I still would recommend this unit to others.

Wonderful stay!

The check in/out process is fast and easy. The property is cozy and easily accommodates six people. We especially enjoyed the proximity to restaurants as well as the private hot tub!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect summer getaway

I was in heaven the entire stay. Yes, the backdrop of Winter Park certainly helps, but this was the best place to have stayed. Super close to the main road, near the amphitheater so we got to sit out on the patio and listen to the music which was a very pleasant surprise, and equipped with everything we needed. The host is a gem and I just can’t say enough good things about this place!!! Will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Walk to the Blues Fest!

What a great location!! It rained day 2 of this years Blues Fest, we were able to go back to the condo, open the deck door and listen for the band to start back up! Perfect for 3 couples, plenty of room and enough privacy for all. Denise was easy to work with and very quick to respond with answers to all questions. Hate to recommend because I want to be able to rebook next year!!

Doesn’t get any better than this!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here and I can’t speak highly enough about our stay. The townhome is located in such a great area, walkable to so many great restaurants and coffee shops. Maybe a hundred yards away was a pickup for getting to the base of WP for some skiing. My daughter loved the park and kept asking us to take her there (they had a sledding hill with free sleds!). The amenities are all top notch and we will definitely stay at this place again. Can’t recommend it enough!
