About Rosemary Millard
We love this area and have lived here mostly for over 20 years. We are sadly selling this property as our families have moved north and will not be coming down here as frequently. We will remain in the area but cannot enjoy our house in Moorhen as we used to.
Rosemary Millard purchased this Townhouse in 2007
Why Rosemary Millard chose Bermagui
This property is beautifully built with insulation between all walls and ceilings so that it is very quiet and no noise from any neighbours. It has an excellent climate because it faces north and gets the winter sun but is protected in summer from large eves. The views are the main bonus looking north towards Gulaga or Dromedary Mt. named by Cook and then over the bird lagoon in front and out to sea to the Pacific Ocean on your right.
What makes this Townhouse unique
Bermagui is a great place to live or visit and has grown into a very user friendly town with everything one needs for an enjoyable lifestyle. We cannot believe our luck being part of such a vibrant artistic, musical and foodie lifestyle in country NSW.

Beautiful, relaxing vacation property
Lovely property for a getaway with friends, gorgeous views and a short walk from the beach and into town. The property has plenty of sun and we spent a beautiful morning lazing on the deck.
Rosemary was a fantastic host and the property was easy to find. Overall a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this property for family and friends.
Hi Shirman, thank you so much for your review and more than that we are so pleased you had such a great time at our townhouse -- you all looked so happy to find out that Bermagui winter and spring are warmer than expected even though you were a long way south of Sydney. Come back and see us again, all the best Rosemary and Tony
Bermagui is a hidden gem and an ideal location for a family holiday. The unit is located within a few minutes walk to the beach and shops and overlooks a natural wetland. Presents beautifully and contains everything needed for self-contained living. Owners are most welcoming. This was our second stay. We will be back.
Hi Steve Welcome back and so pleased you enjoyed your stay at No 7. Thankyou for your compliments, your tme doing so is much appreciated in this busy world. Rosemary and Tony
Perfect Holiday Rental
Beautiful and spacious townhouse style apartment within a few minutes walk of the beach and shops. Overlooks wetland with plentiful bird life (including a pair of swans and their 5 cygnets during our visit). Bedrooms are well separated so the kids have their own space. Very tastefully appointed and contains all the essentials. Friendly owners.
Dear Steve thanks so much for the review and so pleased that you and the family enjoyed your holiday with us. Tony and Rosemary

The owners of the property are so friendly and easy to deal with. There was no hassle with making the booking. Being greeted by a lovely bottle of wine on arrival after a long drive is a sample of the finesse this property and owners offer. Meka (my dog) and I will definitely will returning to this place.
Fabulous holiday home with everything you need
We had a fabulous time at Bermagui staying at Moorhen Cove 7. Lovely outlook, easy acces to the beach, well appointed and stylish home with added extras including linen, towels, welcome pack and an inground pool. Well worth considering for a family holiday.
A very well equipped and homely house. Excellent location & views. Very private. Lovely personal touches by owners.
The coastline from Bermagui to the Victorian border is called the Nature Coast as it has so many avenues of recreation to use. ie Golfing, bike riding, swimming, surfing, diving, game fishing, paddle boarding and sailing. There are small festivals during the year and many artists and musicians live in the area and exhibit and play to appreciative audiences from the capital cities. Canberra is within 3 hrs drive and provides an excellent contrast to the nature areas around Bermagui.
The climate down the Far South Coast of NSW is one of the most temperate in the world so the residents appreciate this summer and winter when there is no humidity in the summer and it is never extremely cold or has snow.
