300 sq. ft cottage includes:
Queen size bed and Full size pull out sofa. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Oven/Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Gas Grill, Flat screen TV with cable, Private Wi-Fi Internet, A/C, and Heat. Kitchen has all cooking supplies and utensils necessary. Dumpster nearby.

We aim to outfit the cottage with everyday essentials to be able to come and go as you please or to stay in to relax and unwind. Perfect for a small family or a couple.

Parking for 2 vehicles max.

Non Smoking. No Pets allowed.

Check in 2pm. Check out 11am.

Super nice stay

Perfect situation, Loved to be so so close to the beach, no need the car. The cottage was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, very quiet place, good mattress, nice people around.

great stay

It’s small good for one or two comfortably. Very clean and well equipped. One minute walk to the beach and during high tide with a breeze off the ocean windows open , the fragrance was awesome. The owners replied quickly to any questions I had. I’ll be back!!

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful time in this little cottage by the sea! Perfect for two people, though I really wouldn’t want more than that in this space to be comfortable. Everything we needed to make it “home” was provided for. A few nitpicky things like we wished the size of the TV was a little bigger for those rainy days that forced us inside and we wished there wasn’t a metal scrubber for the bbq (we made due without using it). Other than that, the complex was small and quiet and it was in a great location, we loved that the beach was literally across the street!
