2 Bedroom Cottage on the edge of Innes National Park, walking distance to beach
About Brian Krywanio
I have spent a lot of my life growing up in Adelaide and as a teenager i was lucky enough to come across the beautiful area of the bottom of the York Peninsula & explore the coast as I developed a love for the ocean. Surfing, fishing & bush walking is something I still will travel the world to explore what nature has to offer. Marion Bay has become a great holiday getaway for me & my family over the years & we look forward to our future visits and discoveries.
Brian Krywanio purchased this House in 2000
Why Brian Krywanio chose Marion Bay
Back in the early 90's I heard a mate was selling his block & when I discovered it was the last block before the National Park I just had to make an offer he couldn't refuse.
What makes this House unique
Year after year because of the prime location of "Edge Of Innes", wildlife ventures out of the National park and into our back yard, kangaroos & baby emus are fun to watch from the deck.

Property was great!
Loved the location, the house was very homey and it was very well priced!
Only minor draw back was the shed being slightly untidy but apart from that everything else was 10/10! And we will be back.
Comfortable and peaceful getaway with nature
Full-length northern glass windows let in the sunshine and allow private vista of natural scrub in a peaceful end of cul-de-sac location
One of the best rentals in every repect
Really well appointed and kept house ++ a superb location. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful and prompt to respond. One of the best rentals we have stayed including
Simple house in fantastic natural surroundings
Basic but comfortable. A bit disappointed there were no kitchen provisions such as cooking oil or a few basic spices. The shower needs a good clean. But great view out to salt lakes and aircon/ hot water worked great. Kids enjoyed the table tennis table and exploring outside.
Enjoyed our stay. The walk back from the jetty was only 26 min and the little beach just around the corner was lovely. The boys even managed to catch a few fish much to their delight. Thanks
