Relaxing binningup getaway

In a beautifully elevated position this house will easily accommodate two families, one upstairs and one downstairs. Brand new kitchen & family areas. The garden surrounding the house is fully fenced so if you have toddlers you can sit and relax.

Spend your warm sunny days swimming, fishing, golfing or lazing on the beach. Alternatively for those cold winter nights you can sit back and enjoy the view with the wood heater keeping you warm.
There is plenty of parking available for both cars and a boat. This is your ideal holiday destination.

Location

The coastal village of Binningup is approximately 30km north of Bunbury and about 127km south of Perth. It is a popular holiday spot where 4WD activities, safe swimming, fishing, boating and generally lazing about on wide, clean, sandy beaches are favourite pastimes.

Golf Club

Binningup Golf Club has a magnificent 9-hole course, set in natural bushland with an abundance of native flora and fauna. The course continues to the beach dunes with great views of the ocean.

Pack a set of clubs and enjoy a relaxing round on one of the most scenic courses in Western Australia followed by a drink with the locals at the Country Club (subject to opening times).

Great little hideaway holiday spot not too far from Perth

Lovely 3 nights for Easter with the family (3 generations and our 4 month old puppy) Accomodation was lovely and clean, all linen supplied and plenty of extras like bin bags, dishwasher tablets and a kitchen fully equipped if you like to cook up a storm including rice cookers, sandwich press, air fryer and coffee machine. Would definitely stay again. We all had a lovely relaxing stay and our pup loved it! Thank you so much… highly recommend.

Beach stay house

We haven’t had a holiday in 3 years this was nice and relaxing. House had everything we needed, back yard was fenced for our dog to roam around freely. beach was a short drive was most enjoyable in our 4x4 driving on beach. Lots of stairs not good for the elderly. We would enjoy going back there soon. Thanks Kim

Long weekend

The views from the balcony are stunning, we sat watching the beautiful sunset and had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. The gardens were very well maintained and had a beautiful view from the kitchen window. The bed was so comfortable, unfortunately the hot water ran out on the morning of our departure the owner did say they would change the gas bottles over but we were leaving that morning. We really enjoyed the house and garden and its a wonderful location, i have come away feeling very relaxed which is what we had hoped for 😊

Was nice property, was a bit warm in the bedrooms as there was no aircon but other than that myself and my adult and my 3 grandchildren enjoyed our stay .
