Family friendly cottage
Thank you for allowing my family to experience your beautiful cottage. It was clean bright and welcoming. The kids loved uno and the games. My kids and I watched all 3 back to the future's and it revived the 80s. The house is clean and loved having breakfast on the sunny deck. Thanks for making our family weekend so much more memorable.

Cosy home away from home
A very nice welcome with 1 litre milk & juice in the fridge. It's everything a home has, even the glad wrap, cooking oil, soya sauce, coffee machine & other necessities.
Will definitely come back again.

Cottage on the terrace is one of the most beautiful places to stay. Very clean and welcoming. The owners were even lovely enough to leave milk, Juice and coffee for our arrival. We loved it so much that we stayed another night which Kristine and Russell were very helpful with. This cottage has beautiful views from the terrace and very relaxing. We had an absolute ball. Peninsula Hot Springs: 8 minutes drive, The Peninsula Hot Springs is a must if you like being pampered or simply relaxing.
Gunnamatta Horse Riding: 11 minutes drive, Go beyond the ordinary and treat yourself to the ultimate horseback riding experience.
Rye Beach: 4 minutes drive or 17 minute walk, Rye has one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. It has miles of clear shallow water and soft sand, great for young children with sand banks and beautiful warm water.
The Dunes Golf Links: 7 minutes drive, Come along play 9 holes of golf, then enjoy a great meal in the clubhouse.
Peninsula Pantry: 3 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk, This is a hidden treasure! Hidden away in a back street and only really known well by locals (although the savvy traveller is hunting it out), it is where you need to go for breakfast, coffee or lunch. Stunningly good produce and on site cooked salads, pies, cakes…you name it, they have got it.
Snorkelling Trail – Octopussys Garden: 4 minutes drive or a 30 minutes walk, Discover an underwater world of plants and fish by exploring an 800 metre long underwater trail that leads along under Rye Pier. Underwater signs explain about sea life that may be found including Seahorses, Sponge Gardens, Sea Slugs, hermit Crabs and Goat Fish.
The Cups Estate: 8 minute drive, is situated in the undulating dune region known as 'The Cups'. The Cellar Door & Restaurant is perched high to take advantage of the spectacular views over the vineyard, olive grove and picturesque cups region and sits just a stones throw from the Peninsula Hot Springs.
Rye Surf/Ocean Beach: 4 minutes drive or 28 minutes walk, is a popular surfing beach due to numerous reef breaks along the long stretch of exposed sandy coast.
Rye Carnival: 3 minutes drive, If you are around during the summer then Rye Carnival is great for the young families with games and a casual family atmosphere. Rye carnival has also larger thrill rides that the teenagers love as well as a large variety of family and kiddie rides and games. All ride coupons are valid at either carnival.

Fishing: 4 minutes drive to the Pier, Fishing from Rye Pier is popular all year round. Hire equipment Surf fishing at Rye Back Beach is also popular. You can drive to the back beach via Dundas Street. Turn into Dundas Street at the traffic lights at the Western end of the shopping strip. Fishing trips by boat are available during the summer season.
Arthurs Seat Eagle: 21 minutes drive, Board a state-of-the-art gondola at the Arthurs Seat Eagle and fly over the state forest to the highest point of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Enchanted Adventure Garden: 20 minutes drive, is an award-winning attraction at Arthurs Seat. Featuring three hedge mazes, 5 giant tube slides, 20 themed gardens, an outdoor sculpture park and an indoor 3D maze, this impressive adventure park has something for everyone.
Searoad Ferries: 9 minutes drive, The spectacular 40-minute trip on the Queenscliff Sorrento Ferry Service links Melbourne’s most magnificent coastal regions: the Bellarine Peninsula and Mornington Peninsula.
Old Apple Shed Boneo: 11 minutes drive, The Mornington Peninsula's newest home of Wine, Cider and Ginger beer.
Dromana 3 drive in: 20 minutes drive, Drive-in cinema showing new releases on 3 screens, plus an American diner serving made-to-order burgers.
