Come see the best of what Downtown Stuart has to offer in this 440 square foot studio apartment. Located on the second floor, this home was built in 2004 and has ceramic tile throughout, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The studio shares a courtyard with the main house and there is a gas grill, couches, chairs and a table to enjoy. This Key West style apartment is located on one of Martin County's most picturesque streets. There is a queen size bed and a sleeper couch that folds out as well. There are only two units in the building and there is no association. Stuart was voted “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” in Coastal Living in 2016 and is known as The Sailfish Capital of The World.

Onstreet Parking is onstreet on 5th about a 2 minute walk from the Studio. Outdoor common area with gas grill and seating.

Downtown Stuart is a 5-10 minute walk away where there are over 50 restaurants, shops and the historic Lyric Theatre. Enjoy waterfront dining and live music! Stuart even offers a shuttle service from Downtown to the surrounding area including California Ave!

Convenient locale to downtown

This studio was perfectly placed for our walking week in Stuart! It was just enough space to crash in the evenings next time we will look for first floor accommodations though - parking down the street was only inconvenient on check in / check out days.

Perfect get away place!

Located in the heart of Downtown Stuart, we were able to walk to numerous restaurants, parks and shops in a beautiful area. Property was exactly as listed and we would definitely book again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommend!

Perfect Little Studio

I really have to commend the owner for making sure that everything that we might want or need was in the place. It was extremely well stocked and was so nice. It was a tad hard to find but once found it was easy to get back. Really close to downtown so easy walking and can't say enough about how well it worked for us. Would stay again.

Why they chose this property

What appeals to me the most about this home is its proximity to Downtown Stuart and all of the music, food and people watching! This is an old Florida neighborhood that looks like a slice of Key West with its mix of new and older homes.

What makes this property unique

Step outside in the evening and let the sound of music guide you! There are several outdoor/open air venues in town that always have something going on. Take a short walk or a minute in the car, and you have countless choices from a slice of pizza to elegant, 5 star dining! The Beaches are about 10 minutes from the house and there are numerous places you can rent paddle boards, boats and just about every water activity you can think of. 508 is a great home base with all of the comforts of home!
