The location is perfect for SXSW, ACL, F1, or enjoying all Austin has to offer. Walk to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail, South Lamar and venues like Alamo Drafthouse, Uchi and Odd Duck. Downtown and South Congress are both 2 miles away, just 5 minutes by cab.

The open floor plan encourages entertaining and group get-togethers. The fully stocked kitchen includes a spacious island to gather around with 3 counter stools. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including double ovens, a 6-burner gas range, wine fridge, and a quality coffee grinder+drip setup with organic Austin beans to get you going in the morning.

Two separate patios flow from the living and dining areas. A Weber natural gas grill on the living room patio provides effortless outdoor cooking - no charcoal or propane tank hassles. A spacious, enclosed backyard lawn with string lights is great for kids and groups.

The dining area features a beautiful 94" hardwood table that can comfortably seat 8.

The living area has a large, comfy sectional sofa and a 65" OLED 4K TV with hi-fi surround sound. The TV receives local stations and has both Apple and Android streaming boxes so you can watch Netflix, etc. or mirror your phone on the TV.

The office is fully equipped for two people to work simultaneously with two motorized standing desks, each with a 38" monitor, laptop stand and office chair. A Printer/scanner/copier and basic office supplies are available for use. The office is a dedicated room with doors that can be closed to isolate it from the rest of the house.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom with two vanities and a luxurious, oversized double shower with rain and wall heads.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with two vanities and a tub with a shower.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and shares the bathroom with Bedroom 2.

There is a spacious, light-filled playroom on the second floor with a sofa, large art easel, piano keyboard, and kids toys for 4-7 year olds.

All bedroom mattresses are comfortable, cool-sleeping Tuft & Needle. Ample towels and linens provided.

The downstairs guest bathroom has a vanity and a full size shower.

The bathrooms include a total of 5 vanities, 3 showers and unlimited hot water from a tankless heater so everyone can get up and go in the morning without waiting.

The house has 4 dedicated parking spots (2 covered) in addition to street parking. A Tesla wall charger is available.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and a utility sink.
