Brand new two bedroom apartment, modernly decorated with two private bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Full Kitchen, washer and dryer inside the apartment. There is a Jacuzzi, gym and terrace on the top of the tower with a killer view of the City available to use of 5 or more day rental.

I do not never stayed in here . I got relocated

I got relocated At a different place , supposedly because the Ac was not working, and they got me another one at the very last minute that it was not very updated, rain drain through the window and the master bedroom was all flooded. Overall very uncomfortable at all

Stay was good with the exception of the shower stalls. When showering water leaked out from under the base. Had to constantly mop up the mess. When management was notified we were told nothing could be done. The owner of the property would have to renovate. We were reduced to putting towels by the outside of the stalls. Rating went from excellent to good.

Great host, amazing place, but not for big groups of people

We went to DR with a big group of family and all stayed in this apartment complex. My spouse, two infants and sister booked this apartment and the rest of our families stayed in two other apartments in the same building. The host was amazing! He responded quickly, was super helpful with our questions unrelated to the apartment, was very flexible with us, and replaced the washing machine quickly when I let him know it wasn’t working. The apartment was so beautiful, stocked with the basics, and super comfortable. I loved the roof of the building so much! We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was in a very convenient location - within walking distance of everything you could need. But this place is not for people with big groups because of the sensitivity of those living in the building. Also, the person that worked in the front desk over night was rude when delivering a complaint to us for the first time.

This was a great buy. Great safe neighborhood

The apartment was very clean and everything was like it should be. It was work the money spent. It was supposed to be with friends but we stayed alone and I still say it was a great value. I would love to stay here every time I come. The batteries died in the remote while here and Roy even offered to come over and change them on the spot. Great host I couldn’t have asked for more
