This charming guest house with private access is in a great location! Just 2 miles from the Naval Academy, Downtown Annapolis and the State house. Easy access / minutes away from I-97. Includes parking. Has everything you need for a short or long term stay!

This in-law apartment/ guest house is completely private and has its own entrance.

Fully furnished with the following amenities: fridge,/ freezer, stove, cappuccino machine, coffee maker, full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable tv, wireless internet, handicap shower, 1 bed (pillow top, full/double sized), spacious closet and hardwood floors throughout.

There is a smart lock, see instructions below:

To open: Get code from the host. Enter the code and turn the knob to the right. The “Schlage” button will flash green. Then use the bottom handle to open the door.

To lock door from outside: press the “Schlage” button and turn the knob to the left.

Wonderful time in Annapolis

This property was in a beautiful neighborhood and the rental was very nice. Honestly, we had so many events to attend, we were not there very much but while we were there everything was great. Easy to get to and fairly close to the areas we needed to be for our events. Super clean and you can tell the rental is very well taken care of in every way,

Cute and quiet property

I had a great stay. It had everything I needed. I felt tucked away in a nice neighborhood but then super convenient to many things. Nice owner too!

Check in/out was very easy. The house is clean and well appointed. Conveniently located near many nice restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!
