Brilliantly designed one floor plan, this home is a spacious for your family to enjoy the house and amazing clubhouse amenities.
The house was beautify decorated and our kitchen is fully equipped , appliance, laundry room..Nothing has been left out. You will experience the best of Orlando when not visiting the Disney World and Universal Studios. Spa -this is not a hot tub, this is only heated to the same temperature as the pool if the pool heat is added.

This beautiful home has it all, play room with pool table, seating table area, air hockey, each bedroom has their on bathroom, with TV in all of the rooms The dinner table accomadates 12 people and more .
A full size heated pool with spa and plenty of space inside and out, so you can enjoy the most of this paradise. Our Private South facing pool has a beautiful view and an awesome cabana so you can relax at sofa pation at the pool are with a big table for the meals and BBQ outside
When you rent this Orlando Resort style property you have access to all areas, it is a full house rental and everything you need is included, also you have access to the clubhouse with lots of amenities. A resort style pool mini water park, cabanas, seating area with TV, gym and much more.
.If your vacation home has a private pool:

The pool is cleaned once per week please allow about 4hrs before reentering the pool after cleaning.

If you haven’t already requested pool heat and SPA, you may do so for an extra U$50.00 per day, 3 days minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance.

If your vacation home has a BBQ grill:

Some homes offer a complimentary BBQ grill for your enjoyment. There is extra charge to cleaner the BBQ Grill $30, however the propane is not included. Please note all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival.

Overall a good stay

There were a few things within the house that were broken/outdated from the photos that were posted. The community pool area was really nice except you can’t bring in any outside food or beverages, you couldn’t even move your chair an foot without being reprimanded, and the kids can not even play with a small pool toy. We enjoyed staying at the house, kitchen was fully stocked which was great. As mentioned, photos are outdated and certain items were broken- There should have been a walk through by the company prior to us staying. Didn’t want to spend my whole stay complaining as the items broken/unuseable wasn’t a deal breaker for us at the time- Just based off price would have been nice to have.

Bugs in bed and ceiling

Upon arriving to the property I was never provided into to gain access to the property. I called the point of contact listed in confirmation email and the lady was rude as if I was a fraud. After 45 minutes of waiting outside I was emailed and texted the info to go inside. After gaining access to the home one of the rooms had bugs in the bed under the covers and on the ceiling. Another phone call to the point of contact and I was offered a late check out as if I wanted to continue to stay in this filthy house. I have pictures and video of the bugs

Very spacious and clean bungalow

The house was very spacious and well laid out. The pool was well heated. Even though the photos need to be updated to show that there are now houses behind the pool, we never had any issues with noise from neighbouring houses. There was plenty of seating options for both shade and sun. The washer was replaced with a brand new dryer while we were there so there were no problems with the new washer. Communication with property manager was excellent. We only used 2 of the bedrooms and we did find that the beds were somewhat noisy and perhaps this could be looked at for improvement. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay in this well laid out spacious house.

The pictures are outdated. There are houses immediately behind the property.

I read all the reviews and was sure I was going to be ok with the listing. My advise is to not ignore the reviews that wrote about the loud beds or uncomfortable couch abs bar stools I had no idea a bed could be so loud! The pictures are all outdated. There are houses right behind the pool. This should be monitored by VRBO. The furniture isn’t even the same. It’s low quality for the nightly rate. I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to for this rental. Request updated pictures if you want to know what you are paying for. On a positive note, the phone number of the property manager connected me with a person who was responsive and kind. The messaging via VRBO was spotty. There are so many rental places in Solterra - we were last minute so we overpaid for this. My advise - plan ahead. 😀
