Dream Views at Arthurs Seat boasts spectacular views over Port Phillip Bay and the Mornington Peninsula. This luxurious air-conditioned apartment offers free WiFi. Guests can unwind in the outdoor hot tub, on the spacious deck while enjoying "the view".
Enjoy glorious sunrises and amazing wild life. Cable TV is provided in lounge & bedroom.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the Eagle Gondola ride, Arthurs Seat State Park & a 15-minute walk to the Enchanted Maze with Treetop Surfing. Bay and ocean beaches are only a short drive away while Peninsula Hot Springs & Alba are a 15-20 minute drive from the property.

You can prepare a light meal in the kitchenette.

You have a private bathroom and bathrobes are provided.

Please note: There may be intermittent noise from works next door from the 14/1/24, starting around 7am/8am to 3pm Monday to Friday. They are not working on weekends. The tariff will include 10% discount for week day bookings over this period.

5 star View on the Hilltop

It is so comfortable, beautifully decorated and amazing views. Sitting outside on the balcony with nature was so relaxing. Great location if u have a car. I would highly recommend this stay.

Couples heaven!

The perfect location to relax, unwind and enjoy the most spectacular view. Our host was extremely accommodating and friendly. Perfect for couples and singles. Just divine! We will absolutely be back!

Very clean and tidy with great ocean view

It is very clean and bright, overview the beach in high, the place is like a self contained rumpus room living with the owner but in private, bathroom kitchen spotless, but non cooking stove, microwave is good to use if needed. Host is very friendly and helpful, eggs bread biscuit etc., Thank you Loretta
