Fully air conditioned with fans. There are full kitchen and laundry facilities and your own private BBQ on the roof top terrace. Enjoy a spa bath on your balcony or relax in your private spa (jacuzzi) on the roof top terrace. The spa has recently been replaced and is in excellent condition. Overlooking the rain-forest (serenity) pool you have views of the beautiful tropical gardens. There is lift access to your apartment direct from the car park. All bedrooms are on the one level, perfect for guests with young children. The bedding is as follows: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed or 2 king single beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, a perfect extra bedroom for large families. Part of this accommodation package includes a personal MEET AND GREET Service. Our local agent will check you into our apartment when you arrive at the resort, and is available to assist you for the duration of your stay should any problems arise. This apartment is leased to you and your guests as a holiday let only, for the stay period stated on your booking.
The number of guests should not to exceed the agreed amount stated on our records and your booking.
You must notify us of any changes in guest numbers and approval must be given for additional guest requests. In case of an emergency it is VITAL for us to know how many people are staying at the premises.
Please supervise your children at all times especially on the balcony area, near the spiral staircase, the roof top terrace and around the rooftop spa and resort pools.
Strictly NO parties/events allowed at any time.
This apartment and the resort have a NO SMOKING policy.
The premises are to be vacated by 10am on the agreed day of departure. Arrangements for a later departure time must be made PRIOR to departure date. As we often have back to back bookings late departures are not always available.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner on departure. All doors should be closed and bins emptied of rubbish into the outdoor bins. The beach access key should be left in the apt. If our cleaner reports extra cleaning time is required you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported and paid for immediately. Please report any maintenance issues and we will deal with the issue promptly. No responsibility will be accepted by us for the unavailability of trades people or the failure of appliances on the premises. A suitable replacement item will be sourced and replaced as soon as possible.
For security purposes ALWAYS lock the apartment when leaving. The owners take no responsibly for the theft or loss of personal property left on the premises.
Please do not take any glass items into the spa and to the resort swimming pool area
A BBQ is available on the rooftop terrace. Please read instructions before using. The BBQ should be cleaned after use. If our cleaners report extra cleaning is required you will be responsible for an extra cleaning fee of $50
Do not leave any items on the cooker or BBQ unsupervised. There is a call out fee for the Queensland Fire Brigade if the smoke detectors go off due to negligence. You will be responsible for this fee.
No pets allowed.
