Why Bo Vial chose Mollymook Beach
A blend of nature and sophistication is our goal. Our pleasure is to get away from the rush and turmoil of big city living to a quiet seaside experience, where nature and the sea play a big role in everyday living. Simple, tasteful and location-specific decor, local art work and clever design is entertained. The house is located in a growing local community where quality city lifestyles, a wide choice of entertainment, and easy access to the natural environment, including the rugged Morton National Park, can be enjoyed.
What makes this House unique
To blend our two goals of natural and contemporary life style, a wild native garden has been installed, extending the local beach side vegetation through the block, to provide a wild life corridor along the back of Beach road properties to link up with the nature reserve on Bannister Head. The house is simple, but flexible, easily enabling inside-out living for summer and winter, with broad open spaces and smaller enclosed rooms for personal privacy.

Perfect beach stay
We just keep going back. A lovely, well fitted out house with plenty of room for a couple of families. Gorgeous views in a perfect spot a quick walk across the road to the beach
Great position, house basic but ok
A good holiday house in a great position. It does need a bit of TLC; the absence of blinds or curtains in the living/dining area is disconcerting; and it should offer wifi
Beautiful views however property is a little rough around the edges
The views of this property are great, however work needs to be done on the downstairs area in particular. A curtain to close off the main room downstairs not even a door, bathroom old and not able to be locked. No blinds in bathroom, neighbours could look into this. In the room with the bunk beds a lot of extension cords which is not appropriate if you have children sleeping there. (We were all adults)
Upstairs was ok, though some skirting boards missing, table outside warped, no blinds in bathroom too. No hooks in the toilet for the towel. Mirror on the backdoor of the toilet a bit weird. Toilet seat upstairs was wonky and you felt like you were falling off.
A lot of glasses and cups/ mugs were chipped. Plates totally scratched.
It’s a very nice place but expensive for what is being offered. Just be prepared that you are paying extra for linen which is a bit steap if you pay over $600 per night.
Excellently equipped kitchen and plenty of games for the children. Beds comfortable and clean
Location is excellent for the beach. In the very hot weather the upstairs rooms were nice and breezy
The property was gorgeous, and its location so close to the beach was ideal. It was extremely comfortable and we loved having it as our home - being there was a little slice of heaven.
Fantastic house and location
Loved staying at Swell@Mollymook Beach. The house was really cool. Had everything you need, plenty of platters, glasses, pots and pans, games, books! Everything was there.
The location was amazing! Front deck views to die for and the back deck was a beautiful sun trap spot. Couldn't fault a thing. Loved it so much. Thank you Bo
