Amazing house and beautiful township
The property was perfect for a summer holiday with our two year old. We loved Kangaroo Valley and hope to come back again.
I'm so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. The Church is perfectly located to walk to our shops and cafes, and the park, playground and pool just over the road.
We look forward to welcoming you again when next you return to our beautiful Valley.
A character filled and cozy stay
The church has a great wow-factor and is really convenient for everything in kangaroo valley. It’s rare that you find somewhere dripping in so much character, from the quirky trinkets to the adornments on the walls.
The church has a great set up for the winter with a lovely fire place and all the bits you need to snuggle in. You could quite easily spend three days tucked up here.
Comfort and style
Well positioned in the village, quirky but comfortable, too many books to read in a short stay, so we’ll have to stay another time.
Recommend breakfast at the General store, where the food is fresh and novel.
Great Place Great Location
We travelled with our dog and had a perfect stay over the long weekend in Kangaroo Valley. The place was immaculate extremely homely and within walking distance to everything.
This is a really lovely property and something you don't get to experience everyday. However the 2 things that we thought we'd call out is the noise from the street as the Church is on the main thoroughfare and sadly the gardens/lawns were poorly maintained.
Note we stayed in Jan 2016........survey needs to be updated as the latest date is 2015
The Church is a unique property, beautifully restored and well equipped. The garden however let's the charm down as quite overgrown and the gate is hard to manage to keep your pet safe. Great location so close to town, be aware though if you are a light sleeper comes with traffic being so close to the road and surprisingly busy for a country town.
