Bedrooms
"Seas the Day" can sleep 12 people. Recommended 10 adults. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one room with two single beds and the fourth with three bunk beds. All four rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, built in wardrobes, brand new mattresses, pillows and doonas.
Living Areas
Upstairs is an open plan lounge area leading onto a large balcony with unobstructed views of the lake and beach. There is a Smart TV and large lounge. There is one bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs is a combined lounge, kitchen & dining area that seats 10 people leading to an enclosed backyard with a large deck to sit and enjoy a BBQ on our outdoor table that seats 8 people. There is one bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms (1 queen, one with 2 single beds and one with 3 bunk beds) and the lounge is equipped with a smart TV and Blu ray player, and stereo.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen supplies all your cooking and dining needs, with oven, microwave, dishwasher and expresso machine. We supply basic items to help start your stay. The local Woolworths is available for all your grocery needs.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms with showers, with a bath downstairs, and a convenient outdoor shower. We provide basic toiletry items.
Laundry
An internal laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor Entertaining area
In addition to two balconys at the front of the house, both with water views, there is an outdoor deck with gas BBQ overlooking the fully fenced backyard.

Culburra Beach
Start your day with a stroll down the street, past Lake Wollumboola and along Warrain Beach. Enjoy a dip in the ocean before returning to sit back and relax on the upstairs balcony and soak up the morning sun while enjoying the ocean scented air. You can use your binoculars to try to spot a pod of dolphins or, depending on the time of year, you could even spot some whales.
Try your luck with your fishing rod or if all else fails, pop into the local Woolworths to stock up for your afternoon bbq. There are also several take away and local restaruants and the bowling club if you would like to eat out.
The golf course is a short drive and there are plenty of places to fish, surf, walk and cycle around Culburra. Nowra is a 15 minute drive away
