If comfort and convenience is what you are looking for, then this modern 2-bedroom apartment is the place for you. Placed in an ideal location along with a handful of generous add-ons, this apartment is sure to be a great stay. Take a dip in the indoor pool, after a quick morning workout in the gym and then head on down to Bridge Street for a bite to eat. If that isn’t enough for you than feel at ease with free parking and many amenities.

As you walk through the doors of your second-floor apartment you are greeted by the lounge area, a large couch, coffee table, and a flat screen T.V. This spacious lounge area is inviting due to its comfortable appeal and the gorgeous array of natural light that is given from the balcony area.

The balcony area is fitted with 2 comfortable chairs enabling a nice morning coffee or a late evening drink. From the lounge you can see the kitchen, a wide space equipped with a modern oven and stove. Inside the kitchen there are also plenty of amenities to keep that comfortable feel going, such as a kettle and a dishwasher.

Towards the end of the open space of the kitchen is a dining table, you would be able to comfortably fit 4 adults here.
Moving along in the apartment is the master bedroom, inside you will find a queen size bed, access to a smaller balcony, a built-in robe and an en-suite. Inside the en-suite there is a large shower, sink and toilet.

Next there is bedroom number 2, inside you can find a double bed, a built-in robe and a large window. Then there is the bathroom, inside is a bath and shower, a sink and a toilet. This bathroom is connected to the laundry, inside you will find a washing machine and dryer.

This apartment comes with free parking that is accessible via River St.

We can be contacted 24/7 should there be any emergency.

The Bridge Hotel is a short 2-minute walk from the apartment if you’re looking for an Australian Pub feed. For something a bit nicer there is The Boozy Rouge, a booking is possibly needed for this place but is highly recommended. Bridge Road is also a great location for many different restaurants as well as Victoria St, which although isn’t as close of a walk it is a simple 14-minute tram ride.

I did not get to stay, & your system needs to make better connections with other parts of process
Due to COVID-19 I had to cancel, which I did within the stated timeframes. However it took numerous calls and emails to three different parties to get my refund. Full rental was taken out the day I booked even though the policy states it should not be taken out until much later. It was difficult to know who I needed to talk to so I could resolve it. The system feels opaque with little oversight and accountability. I did not get my refund until 3-4 weeks after canceling.

Nice unit, with two bathrooms - easy access to Melbourne's sporting area and CBD. Tram stop really close. River nearby. Very enjoyable.

Nicely appointment appartment!
The apartment is situated in a apartment block. The photo on the web site does not represent the unit that you may be given. We were a little disappointed to find our selves looking straight into a wall with huge advertising of a hardware store!! The out side wall of the warehouse! Plus we were in a much lower floor than what the picture indicated. The area definitely felt like an industrial area. The apartment was nicely appointed! The building itself was a bit scruffy on the interior walls! The river is very close by and is lovely for a walk.
