Queen ensuite bedroom on the main floor of a beautiful house on 2 1/2 acres of landscaped grounds. We are located 3 blocks from downtown Aiken's shops and restaurants and close to equestrian facilities. We offer coffee, tea, and breakfast breads in the morning. You are welcome to use the front porch or the back screened porch. There is ample parking on the property. There is also a king ensuite bedroom , property # 9131192 if you are traveling with others.

Perfect location and B&B

Bruce was so accommodating and we wish we actually had time to spend more time there! We were in town for a horse show and the location was perfect. We will definitely be booking again.

Great Find

This is actually a B&B located about a 5 minute walk to downtown. Great location. Comfy room. Bruce, the owner, was a pleasure to be with. We really enjoyed his company, along with his good dog Buddy. We'll be back.
