The open living area has a large fully contained kitchen with walk-in pantry and dishwasher, plenty of seating to enjoy a meal and the lounge area has ample chairs so everyone can relax and watch tv or enjoy a movie together. Glass sliding doors off the lounge lead out onto the spacious undercover area and is the perfect space to enjoy a family bbq and watch the kids play in the secure back yard. There is also a table tennis table for everyone to enjoy.
The property has a second lounge area so the adults can have their own space. There is free unlimited WiFi, Netflix and Stan!
You will enjoy an ensuite in the master bedroom and a 2nd main bathroom. There is a separate laundry with washing machine.
Ducted heating and cooling will keep you comfortable all year round and the double garage is available for guest use with extra parking for a boat down the side of the house.

We had a great time with family (grandparents, kids and parents). The home offered enough space so we were all comfortable. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Big back yard for the kids and an amazing kitchen. Will definitely be back.

Nice Property in Quite Location
Very clean, well equipped and quite location, with only a short drive to cowes and other attractions.
Great property, very clean well set out. far enough from town to be nice and quiet, close enough to enjoy Thompson Ave shops and restaurants. I would recommend this property great holiday.
The house was bigger than what we expected us with a good size backyard for the kids to run around. In great location and not a far drive to the shops as well as super quiet . Would definitely go back
This property is absolutely fantastic. I had my all of my immediate family there to celebrate my special birthday. So much room and has everything you need. The only thing I would let people know is that the information states there are 4 queen size beds but we felt 3 of the beds were more like doubles but still very comfy and such a bonus to have all the linen, towels etc supplied. Will definitely go back, one of the best houses we've stayed in.
The property was very clean and very well equipped with everything a family needs whilst on holiday. A spacious home with two living areas and great undercover areas outside. Only a short drive into town or to the beach.
This property was immaculately presented and clean.
Ample supply of essential items, from toilet paper, towels to kitchen utensils, even Netflix and boogie boards are all available for use.
Plenty of space for our group of 8.
Ducted air con provided comfort and relieve from the intense humidity during our stay.

The house is in impeccable condition, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space for 8 of us. It is just as described on Stays.
Red Rock beach is just 2mins drive away, quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return again!
