This is an almost new property with brand new furnishings ready for you and your family and friends to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday in the gorgeous town of Victor Harbor!
The property is a contemporary 2 story home, with the main open plan living area located on the first level to maximise the spectacular sea views. There is a massive timber deck across the front of the house with cafe blinds for climate control, a gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and, of course, the wonderful views! With timber floors throughout the living area, contemporary furniture and all the mod cons such as reverse cycle air-conditioning, big screen TV, DVD and games console, this delightful space will have you relaxed and enjoying your holiday in minutes!
The kitchen is very well fitted out with dishwasher and double door fridge (including a built in iced water dispenser!). There is a guest toilet upstairs as well as an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom suite (also with a walk in robe).
Downstairs is another living area, with bright and colourful decor, which is perfect hangout space for kids! It also has a big screen TV and DVD and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Off that are two more bedrooms, another bathroom and laundry.
The bedding configuration is:
Main bedroom - Queen Bed
Second bedroom - Double Bunk Bed (double on the bottom, single on the top)
Third bedroom - Double Bunk Bed (double on the bottom, single on the top)
The property sleeps 6 adults the top bunk beds are not suitable for adults
Upstairs - main bedroom ensuite
Upstairs - guest toilet
Downstairs - shared bathroom.
Undercover parking is provided for at least 2 cars.

The Beach House on Seaview is a great getaway for families or guests looking for a relaxing mid week getaway. It is walking distance to a majority of the local attractions such as;

The Beach House on Seaview is a 'stones throw' away from the walking track which goes from Encounter Bay to Goolwa. Providing walkers, runners and cyclists with the opportunity to take in the views from Pt Elliot and Middleton along the way.
The back yard is fully enclosed with 1.8M colourbond fencing - making it perfect for all sizes of dogs! There is shade for warm days. of course, like all PetLet Properties, your dogs and cats are also welcome inside.
